The device is divided into two parts, one part is the FACE and the other part is the NECK. Deliveries are subject to availability.
- Free delivery for orders of 500 AED or more.
- 35 AED shipping fee applies to orders below 500 AED.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Test kits cannot be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If an item has an exceptional defect, we will replace it free of charge upon notification.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not visible, contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
